Nick Nairn & West College Scotland Live Cooking Demonstrations
Enjoy fantastic daily cooking demonstrations from the culinary stars of the future from West College Scotland on Friday & Saturday, while on Sunday they will be joined by a current star – TV chef Nick Nairn – as we present three shows a day of different dishes using the finest Scottish ingredients.
Nick & the students will be cooking up a storm so head over to the WCS Food & Drink Pavilion and watch these great free shows – you may even get a taste!
The West College Scotland Food & Drink Pavilion will be full of unique Scottish food and drink producers in a ‘street market’ style setting with amazing products from companies like Alba Seafoods, The Damn Fine Cheese Company, Craft 56 Gin and many, many more.
